mid 20th century on a later cast stone stand

shows some small chips / weathering- small repair to foot

Size: overall with stand 184cm tall  — statue  140 x 43 cm

This is part of the  four Seasons statues (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter)

inspired by statues of Reggio Emilia in the

Parco del Popolo, sculpted in c. 1750

by Giovan Battista Bolognini, the Younger (Bologna 1698 – Rivalta 1760).
